A graduate of Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis with a degree in Journalism, he initially contributed as a Customer Experience Specialist before transitioning to the creative side as a Product Listing Specialist. Today, he leverages his years of experience and expertise to support Viral Launch’s copywriting initiatives, helping sellers realize their business goals.
